TESID provides technical support for the production of high precision equipment with advanced measuring instrument. 
Using Corning Tropel FlatMaster200 non-contact laser flatness measuring instrument, the resolution is up to 5nm, which can quickly and accurately measure the flatness, line type and other surface parameters of various surfaces, and provide accurate, fast and stable technical measurement guarantee for the plane quality of processed parts.
Using the Germany-import “LEITZ” three-coordinates measuring machine, resolving accuracy is within 0.8μm. Ensure the shape and position tolerance accuracy of each shaft part before installation.Ensure assembling accuracy of equipment.
Contourgraph and roughmeter from Japan ACCRETECH is adopted，To provide basic accuracy data for the selection of precision parts。
Thickness gauge from Japan Mitutoyo is adopted，0.1 μm accuracy level，To provide reliable technical guarantee for parts thickness。
